The useful answer
Big Walk supports rebinding. Change one action at a time, avoid duplicate assignments and keep point, interact, kick, crouch and communication actions easy to reach.

Step by step
- Open Controls in settings.
- Select an action and press the new input.
- Resolve duplicate warnings.
- Test movement and interaction in a safe area.
Why players get stuck here
Communication puzzles are much harder if pointing or gesture controls are placed on awkward combinations.
Bind the communication actions first
Movement alone is not enough for Big Walk. Test interact, grab, kick, crouch, point, gesture and any push-to-talk or text control before entering a timed puzzle. Keep actions used together on different fingers and resolve duplicate assignments immediately.
Accessibility settings also offer hold/toggle behavior and different crosshairs. If one player cannot perform a required challenge input, the host can enable challenge skipping when creating the session.
Verify it before moving on
Change one variable at a time, then retest from a fresh session. That makes it clear which fix worked and avoids turning a connection, audio or input problem into several overlapping problems.
